When my neighbors moved in they were blasting music with a sound system. It was 9pm at night and these apartments are poorly made and my toddler was sleeping. So I called cops thinking it’s best than going to their door and never talked to them before. Days later I approached them apologizing saying I’m not with drama and explained everything so they’re like ok cool we understand and offered me in their apartment and we talked for an hour. Days later noise continued (in retaliation I’m sure) and I didn’t call cops I went to their door and they said it’s their 2 year old (bullshit) after that I contacted the property manager telling him about the dates and times and how I had to call cops on them. Shortly after they came to me being friendly and nice like weirdos, not sure if they received the warning letter from the property manager yet. They probably did at this point as the noise continues. It’s not really the wife as she’s weak and an idiot, it’s the husband who has mental issues doing all this shit.

I went into Dunkin’ Donuts and a man older than me addressed me as ma’am and in my mind I’m like wtf ok. So then I tell him I want a breakfast sandwich and coffee then I say nevermind on the sandwich and he’s all like “I’ll make it and it only takes 2 mins” and I’m like no. So then as he scans the coffee it says senior discount on the register and I’m like “I’m only 37” completely shocked then he looks at me like “oh I’m just trying to give you a discount” then as I leave he hands me the coffee and addresses me as “miss” like I am truly insulted. A senior citizen is 50-60 years old and I’m only 37. 🥴

Background history: he has schizophrenia and drug problems. We were driving and then all he could tell me that the “high was intensifying” and that he had to drop me off at home ASAP, but he still drove around by himself after that.

27F, I just don’t get why I’ve never had luck with dating. I’ve only used dating apps and while they have a bad rep I know they work for a lot of people too. I’ve been told im cute but when I say I never get approached by guys in person im not kidding. Everyone I knew back in HS and college talked about getting approached by guys. I’ve never had a LTR only dated someone for a few months back in my early twenties. Dating apps I use very casually and have kind of lost interest. The same way all the other women I know had dating happen so naturally for them I feel it should be the same for me which is why I refuse to approach guys moving fwd (with apps that’d be me messaging first). I used to message first here and there but stopped. I get matches on the apps and getting dates aren’t the issue, it’s more along the lines of not attracting the guy I’d like or there’s lack of connection/things fizzle out/guys only want a hook up.

I've always been into strength building ever since a friend got me into working out as I've never been one to show off my body.
I'm fascinated by calisthenics, so I do both that and heavy lifting.
Not to mention that my job consists of heavy lifting most days, so the extra strength building comes in handy for me.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene launched her new "Protect Children's Innocence Act" on Friday which details that anyone who "knowingly performs any gender-affirming care on a minor" is guilty of a class C felony, carrying a punishment of 10 to 25 years in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000, per a statement given by Greene's office.

In addition to pressing a criminalizing thumb on those providing gender-affirming care to trans youth, the new Act also looks to "prohibit using federal funds for gender-affirming health care, including in Affordable Healthcare Act plans and bar colleges and universities from offering instruction on gender-affirming care."

Once every few years I try to give the first Lord of the Rings film a try but I can never surpass the first hour. I hate that because I’m sure it has potential and I love Elijah Wood in other films. I started the Hobbit series last year but completely out of order. I’m wondering if I should do the same for LotR? I watched Battle of the Five Armies first and looooved the Dragon shit. Then this year I watched the first Hobbit and looooved all the other giant animal attacks. Today I’m watching the second one, Desolation of Smaug and so far my grandparents and I are really into it. We just surpassed the spider attack scene. I’m getting so many Harry Potter vibes lol (don’t hate me for comparing the two) and I love it!!! I bought the 6 pack of Hobbit/LotR about a month ago bt am just now opening it since I’m tired of the DVR recording 3 hour tv films. I don't know when I’ll give Lord of the Rings a try (for the 5th time), but man the Hobbit is on point and I’ve only seen each film once. I truly don’t watch this series for the character build like I did HP, but I do watch it for the animal action. And yea i’m lovin it. You can tell I don’t pay attention to the actual characters because it took 3 films before I learned ole boys name is Bilbo 😂🤣😭😩

He tries to make noise in his house to disturb the peace in mine. But then I’m public he asks nice and wants to start conversations as if he’s bipolar or has a mental issue? Either you like someone or you don’t, either you accept their apology or don’t.

Before I get bombarded with the health comments, I am 1000% aware the effects redbull and other energy drinks has on you.

It's actually quite annoying, I wish I liked coke or sprite, because then I wouldn't have to have something like redbull which is so bad for your heart and other things.

I don't drink fizzy drinks whatsoever unless its a Redbull, its not 'bad' in my opinion I know people who drink a fizzy drink with every meal and see a 2l fizzy drink as a part of their grocery shop. (It shouldn't be.)

I only drink water, or diluted juice 99.9% of the time but my guilty pleasure is a redbull here and there which I find so strange since most people absolutely hate the taste of energy drinks, yet its the only one I've taken to!

Also before I get 'addicted' comments, I've always had the opposite of an addictive personality and my friend challenged me to not have one for a month, forgot about it and didn't have an energy drink for 4 months without thinking it. It's just my indulgence so I don't mind one here and there.

In the 90s it seemed people had a tough time deciding on which of these Rockstar men was the most good looking so may be we'll all have better luck deciding in 2022.
