Trending & News The American College of Sports Medicine points out that trainings which have at least two minutes of rest between sets of the same muscle group make better progress both in strength and hypertrophy.

I would do yoga in the morning, dance in the day, and bike at night. So basically cardio all day until my head started hurting. I used to over do it with the dancing. I’d go for 2-5 hours straight. Man those were the days. Now I’d prefer to have cardio days thrice a week and strength training days once or twice a week
I vary my workouts to focus on a different area each day, seems to work well for me.
I concentrate on different muscle groups.
I follow a push, pull, legs split.
