The scenario: 17 Jimmy breaks into friends house and steals a legally stored and secured firearm. Friends dad, Joe, doesn't realize gone is gone (he's on vaca or jimmy covered his tracks well).

Jimmy uses the gun in a crime and kills someone. He's caught, the gun is found.

Forget about your state... whom do you think should be at fault (criminal and civil) for shooting the person dead?

This is a made up scenario, but has happened similar.

It has been learned that the state of Minnesota has been defrauded of billions of taxpayer dollars by people who have set up fake daycare and health centers. It appears that Gov. Walz had this brought to his attention over a year ago and not only was nothing done about it, the whistleblowers were threatened. He says that he takes responsibility. What does that really mean? What will happen to him?

When you workout, what type of exercise is the most difficult for you, and which ones are the easiest in your opinion?

I know a lot of people who love to wear skirts and dresses, but I also know a lot who absolutely hate them and hardly ever wear them. As a guy I don't really have much of an opinion, but what is it like to wear them? What do you guys like or dislike about them?
Correct me if I'm wrong but I feel like you would feel really exposed wearing them, so therefore they would be uncomfortable, but perhaps that's not the case?
