After vacating its headquarters due to the pandemic and employees working from home, the former headquarters of Goldman Sachs investment banking firm at 55 Broad Street in New York City is being turned into apartments.

Studio apartments are renting for US$4000 per month while 3-bedroom apartments are renting for US$10,000 per month.

Remember that New York City has excellent public transportation (subway trains and buses) so you don't need, nor want, a car.

For comparison, to buy a high-rise apartment in Manhattan will cost you at least US$1 million for a studio, up to US$50 million or more for a 2- or-3 bedroom unit.

Refer to some of my previous post for some context of interactions between me and my crush if you want, but I was feeling very sad since it was the anniversary of my mom passing and my crush is religious so I know she would send words of encouragement to me which she did and in return I asked her if she needed prayer for anything she is going through right now and she told me a traumatic situation so I replied the next day some words of encouragement and she didn’t respond.
