To reduce global warming, eat smaller meals slowly with your mouth closed, and exercise regularly to aid digestion.

Avoid swallowing air by not chewing gum, smoke, or suck on hard sweets.

Reduce trigger foods beans, lentils, cabbages, broccoli, sprouts, onions and nuts.

Limit sugars and sweeteners, avoid fizzy drinks, beer, and excessive fruit juice.

Incorporate foods that are easier to digest such as rice, bananas, citrus fruit, potatoes, oats and linseeds.
