Define love you said?

Well I think defining love per se is an exercise in futility, but we can outline certain descriptive characteristics and every day manifestations of love. Expect lots of subjectivity since I'll make as source mainly my everyday experience and accumulation of intel. Truth can be one, there are no mutliple truths, so I hope I get somewhat close, and hope that you can get even closer! And live it even more in depth!

How does this love manifest? How do you show it?

Love is thinking out of your box and respecting her individuality.

When you try to think what the other person wants before she asks for it, not because you've grown "too familiar" with each other but cause your hearts are in sync.

When you are there when she needs you in her darkest and hardest times.

When you are brother, father, friend, lover, and husband all in one.

When you give in abundance in all senses of "give" without asking nothing back.

When you don't do whatever you want and sometimes hold back in your own desires.

When you know how to tame your will and learn what compromises mean.

When you know when to say no and make such compromises which will have the least sideffects in the longterm.

When you wake up in the morning and say "how shall I make her happy today"?

When you learn to forgive and really dont hold inside you when you are being wronged, when you don't contemplate on it and not ever bring it back.

When you find her equally lovable and desirable when she gets a burn scarr on the cheek and when she can't help to get fatter because of her thyroid.

When her laugh is your laugh, when her tears are your tears.

When you are recharging through each others passion for life and develop for her as much as you do it for you.

When she is your teacher, your mentor, your student, and your lifetime source of inspiration.

When her smile means the world to you.

When you try to mimick her loving mindset that embraces everyone and like the generous sun has enough warmth for all.

When you hear her voice in the phone after a tiresome day in the work and you get all restful and relaxed. when just with the though of seeing her again when you return home, you put a smile on your face and it shines in such a way that makes people wonder where this radiance comes from.

When you kiss each other good night and ask for forgiveness for any potential injustice you might have or have not done against each other.

Heaven on earth is a heavy expression pals, and i might "challenge my luck" by saying this, but it's possible. Love is a choice, a mindset, a way of life, the only way of life.
