As the share your Valentine’s Day Competition draws to a close and just a few days to Valentine proper. I have a special thought to share on “the perfect gift for your partner this Valentine”. I often come across people complain “I don’t know what gift to buy for my partner this Valentine”. What we should have at the back of our mind is this “gift is a way of showing thoughtfulness”. Do not consider money when presenting your gift, but instead consider the receiver and the usefulness of the gift. In other words, in considering what gift to buy for your spouse think of what will be useful to him/her or something needful. This pattern of reasoning will give you a perfect idea of gift.
What if you don’t have money? No problem? There is always an alternative: remember the whole idea is show thoughtfulness; you can compose a beautiful text message, letter for him/her. Tell him/her how the journey has been, but how the love between the two of you has seen you guys through. You can also put a call though to show appreciation. What is expected when someone receives love is APPRECAITION. So whoever is at the receiving end should show appreciation and learn to reciprocate LOVE too otherwise it will become unbalance and will look as if the partner is insensitive to the LOVE signs.
Lastly what everyone should know is this; it is easier to destroy than to build, so give respect and attention to that special person that has been with you through the thick and thin.
Valentine shouldn’t be a season but make everyday in your relationship a Valentine, and celebrate the love. I WISH EVERYONE A HAPPY SEASON OF LOVE.
