The first person who likes to rejected I still have to meet because rejection hurts. Here some simple tips how to handle rejection.


1. Take your time


Trying to act like nothing happend and to fake optimism isn’t going to help you after a rejection. Take your time to to process what has happend.


2. Focus on the positive


But don’t take too much time for it and after a while focus on the positive in your life. The things we often take for granted like the people around us.


3. It isn’t all about you


It’s easily to think you did something wrong. But not everything is about you sometimes the other has his/her own problems and doubts or are just looking for something or someone else. And sometimes you did made a mistake at the first date for example but accept that and learn from it.


4. Work on yourself


Rejection can be a change to work on your self-esteem. Work on yourself and this rejection makes you a better and stronger person.
