@BOUNTYGUY9 depression isn't an illness when you've been traumatized as in physical & mental
I'm someone who's actually been through traumatic experience & talked to numerous people who suffered abuse who developed PTSD & severe depression so I'd like from YOUR expertise to fill me in as in what qualifies as a "true" mental illness" & what doesn't
@Velonnexuswell what you say is part true but what you say about it not been classed as mental illness is not true in a court of law it is treated as a mental illness if l was in war and come back home and had ptsd that is classed as mental illness etc
@BOUNTYGUY9 laws are made everyday & a lot of them are really idiotic (you can Google them) & when new laws are made the chances to profit off them increase (You can easily take drunk driving as an example) The law says that can't drive while under the influence of alcohol tight? Well how many don't pay attention to the disclaimers have to pay a fine for driving under the influence? That's an example of how laws profit off people
The same could be said about mental illness The pharmacy companies are the only ones who profit off the drugs that people with depression, anxiety, bipolar have & a lot of the Ingredients in these pills are poisonous to the human body & only serve as placebos
Imho something like schizophrenia (hearing voices & talking to yourself) is an example of a true mental illness
Seeing people get killed during war or going through emotional & physical abuse is more of being traumatized of the experiences...
@BOUNTYGUY9 I knew this response was coming so I'll let you know in on a little secret
During my freshman year in high school I volunteered in a small time psychiatric hospital for young people between the ages of 5-21 & I've most of the supposed "mentally ill" kids there had from what I've observed abondenedment issues... that means they had no farther or mother figures which creates low self esteem in developing teens & a lot of them were misfits which creates the illusion that that they don't belong with their peers & because they can't relate to anybody they built self hatred which isolates them into cutting & self loathing
I prepared the meals & washed the dishes there for a few months during the summer after school was on break
In top of that the drugs these still kids who were still growing were taking was filled with processed chemicals that our bodies shouldn't be allowed to absorb Use your fucking head for once..
