Nope. If there's something he wants me to do for him, I want to make sure that he's comfortable enough to ask me. As long as he's not watching p*rn profusely and compulsively every single day, I don't mind if he watched it every now and then. I watch p*rn maybe once or twice every two months if I'm in the mood, so I can't say much and wouldn't be above watching it alongside him. :) Furthermore, if I'm out of town or he respects that I'm exhausted or busy, compared to the scenario of him hooking up with other women behind my back or going to the strip club, I'm totally cool with p*rn.

Personally, no. p*rn actors are entertainers. They're getting paid to look and act 'over-the-top' and create something that will entice and entertain people. A normal guy knows p*rn is not like real life. It can help people (male or female) get in the mood or even bond (watching it together). The only time it can become a problem in a relationship is when the guy becomes more preoccupied with a movie or website than they are with the actual (real) person in front of them that they are in a (real) relationship with.

Those reasons could be: boyfriend choosing p*rn over me, wanting to watch p*rn more than have sex, can't have sexual release without p*rn etc. Basically when it becomes an obsession, I'd feel a bit threatened and turned off. Concerned as well. I'd probably end the relationship.

In defense of us old farts. This question never really came up until recently, with the proliferation of internet p*rn. p*rn today is VERY different and far more widespread than it was when we were younger.

When I was younger most guys had only seen magazines like Playboy which were soft core pics only - not any vagina pics - boobs only. I think I was probably mid-teens before I even saw a pic with pubic hair - it would have been banned in many places. I'm guessing I was in my late teens or even early 20s before I saw a p*rn vid. This was before VCRs so it was 8mm film and 6-10 minutes long.

Things like masturbation and p*rn were not as openly talked about like now. I think the majority of girls had no idea what guys were doing. The question of how girls react to it is a modern question.

Yes, women definitely view p*rn as a threat. The usual argument against p*rn is "Am I not enough for you?", "If you really loved me, you wouldn't look at other women." or some variation of both.
