What does it mean when a guy kisses you without tongue?

I mean, i like it this way cuz we've seen each other only 3 times, but i love it with tongue, so i hope he'll do it on the right time. But does he do it without tongue bc he's going slow or is there any other reason?

I think it is too early to reach a conclusion of any sort. He may like to French Kiss very much but is a little shy, or is afraid to offend you, or other temporary inhibition. Is it possible he has never done it yet with anyone?
Or he might not like it. Only he can say.
I advise you be a little more patient, but then either start tonguing a little, or discuss it with him first, whichever you are more comfortable.
I think this issue/question will start a tend of communication.
Lets hope its a trend for open sharing.

Some people just don't do it with tongue. My ex never really did and I hated it! Well, I didn't hate it but it could have been better. The problem is she didn't like tongue. It broke us up eventually. Each kissing in a way we didn't like.
