He is showing me pictures of his kids. Could that mean something?

I guess I can tell the whole short story lol. I have been seeing this guy for a few months now and the most recent time he came over to my place we spent 2 hours together. For a while we just layed there on the bed and cuddled while he was playing around on my new tablet setting up some things for me to make it easier to use. After that we got intimate and did all sorts of stuff like that. After we were done being intimate we were just laying there on the bed cuddling again on the bed and he was going through his phone showing me several pictures of his kids and one with his mom in it. I'm just wondering if anyone here has an idea if it could mean something if he is showing me pictures of his kids? He has showed me like 1 or 2 in the past but this time he showed me a lot them at once.

a single dad's perspective: when he dates a girl, he is thinking will she be the one to stay and not leave me and my kids. he can't afford to gamble on an unsure thing. him showing you pictures of his kids means he feels that you are stable and committed enough not to leave for silly reasons.
