Depending on the day I feel ashamed in a bikini lol I fell off the fitness wagon so now I just have a flat stomach with no definition. Hauling butt to get it back though. THEN I'll be confident in a bikini again. I don't want people to see me in a bikini unless I feel I am in my peak physical form.
