You do realize that doing either of what you suggested will only worsen the situation? It's the kind of reaction she wants out from you. Nothing new under the sun. Just talk about this with your boyfriend and then when your sister tries to flirt with your man again and you remain calm, she will soon lose interest.

This only works if your boyfriend is on the same page with you, so you need to talk to him about, but try not to do it confrontationally, because he might misunderstand. After all, it's not like he made your sister flirt with him.
