My sister thinks I'm in love with her boyfriend?

Hi. I'm diagnosed with social anxiety, asperger syndrome and OCD, which makes me socially inept. When her boyfriend present, I tend to panic, have no idea what to do, and my OCD makes it even worse and more suspicious. Would the right move be to distance myself from them?

Your sister should understand all of that, but maybe you should try to explain it to her. You don't have to tell her face to face, you can write it all down in a note and give it to her. If you want to distance yourself from them, just don't go around them I guess. Like if they're sitting in the living room, maybe you could sit in your bedroom or something like that

My sister knows about the diagnosis, but it doesn't seem like she believes in it, and she always confronts me, know she means well though. I'm not really sure if I want to distance myself them, but I wonder if it's something I have to do in order for them to understand

You shouldn't have to change yourself to make them happy though. Just do what you feel comfortable with. Your sister should just get over it, she's being kinda unreasonable

Whoever this guy is has problems. You honey don’t have problems. Honestly, your sister should know that you have that anxiety and that it’s not intentional because you like him. If it makes her uncomfortable or suspicious then ask her if she wants you to go away. If so then just respect that knowing that you’re still not in the wrong but just let her feel at ease.
