Imma keep it 100... that is not the behavior of a man who is respecting his relationship. when guys have made comments like that on my pics, 95% of the time they end up in my inbox trying to get with me. he could have just liked the pic, admired her to himself and moved on but he was trying to get her attention. this is not something that's innocent, trust me. that man will be cheating soon if he's not already

Awww, he shouldn't be commenting on picture like that to another girl. I don't think you should get angry with him, just tell him that it concerns you and how you feel uncomfortable with him commenting on other girls pictures like that. If I was in your situation, I wouldn't like that one bit and I would make sure to tell my partner that. If he were to say "Very pretty" or "This is a nice picture of you" then I would be okay with that but "damn :)" is just a little too far, in my opinion.
