What's the longest you've been away from your long distance boyfriend or Gf?

Im in a long distance relationship with my boyfriend and it hasn't bothered me much. I think one its because were the type of people to like our space so the distance helps and two because we do see each other pretty often, usually every two weeks.

However, recently, its been longer than two weeks since we haven't seen each other and it's getting to me now. What helps is that we have been good compared to before, no drama, consistent in contact, etc. Its just starting to get frustrating how were both busy and can't seem to arrange a time to see each other. I honestly don't think I can make it for another week and we found out we can't see each other this weekend and the following is up in the air with our schedules. I almost feel desperate like I have to see him some way this week. He's also feeling down but he's more spontaneous so hell come and surprise me to see me when I wasn't ready. Or he won't mind if we meet up somewhere for a few hrs but I dnt want that. I want us to spend time together for more than just one day. Ugh I'm so annoyed

Your long distance is a good one. I haven't seen my boyfriend in almost 2 years! My advice, see him as much as you can cause you have the opprotunity to see him. If your not passionate about staying in contact like that then why are you still with him.

It's definitely difficult. Mhm, I'm in Canada and he's in the States... it's about a 3.5-hour plane ride.

If you have the opportunity to meet up for just a few hours, take it! Seriously, that's much better than not seeing him and just waiting for a day when you can spend more time together. One thing that helps is Skyping/calling each other every night - it's not the same as being together but you'll at least get a chance to catch up and hear each other's voice. Hang in there.

It makes me sad cause he said in the beginning he didn't want to be with me because we would be long-distance and he doesn't like that after a bad experience in the past. Weve been doing well so far which is why he's been doing good too but I think its now hitting us since our schedules are getting busier. I don't want him to be like "I knew this was a bad idea."

But I mean I guess. Like I said, he is spontaneous and hell come randomly but he hasn't in a while but he might soon especially after we figured it won't be another few weeks to be together.
