Me and my girlfriend were out shopping and she bent over quickly to look at something. Her butt was only on display for about 2 or 3 seconds and she must have pulled her trousers up because it didn't show again. I didn't tell her but i feel that i should have done. Should I have told her? What would you girls want your partner to do?

I would of said something. If I noticed my boyfriend having mayo near his lip I would wipe it off with a serviette for him or tell him "baby you have a little bit of something something near your lip"
