I wouldn't worry yourself too much. If you assume he is going to do it and he doesn't, you'll be dissapointed. If you assume he won't and he does it, you'll be overly shocked.

Your feelings tell you that you want to marry him, and your gut tells you he wants to marry you. However, if the gut is wrong, it is just going to leave you an unjustifiable rage or dissappointment.
I wouldn't necessarily ignore these feelings that you have, but I wouldn't create expectations of proposals from them. Maybe direct them to dropping hints that you want to marry him?
So, carry on with your boyfriend as good as you two have always been. Don't harbor expectations for a proposal. That doesn't mean you can't want it.
