You're both adults. I cannot imagine how a 28 year old and a 19 year old function the same on a mental playing field though. Plus there're all the statistics about if a guy dates a girl more than 4 years his junior it's because he's looking for an easy target to control and manipulate...

I wouldn't personally date with such a large gap but if it works for you then it works for you.

No. What I mean is we actually want a relationship and not just one night stands and having sex with different girls. Sex is awesome. I love sex. I have lots more of it now with my girlfriend than I did with my ex who is 24 lol
