Should I believe what he says when he's drunk?

pretty explanatory... and why do guys act like they care more and say things they wouldn't say when they are sober?

Drinking can make a person say either really honest things or incredibly stupid things. Guys act like they care more because inhibitions are lowered, and it's sex, sex, sex, so saying and doing things to reach that point is a number one focus. If you're wondering if a guy meant something he said when he was drunk, you might just have to break down and ask him when he was sober. You might not like the answer but at least you'll know the truth.

A guy once told me that when guys are drunk, they'll say anything in order to get some action from a girl. So yeah, they'll say things that seem caring and such to a girl, and I've definitely seen it happen.

As for saying stuff that they normally wouldn't say when sober, well I'm pretty sure that applies to all of us, haha. Your inhibitions are lowered and you don't really consider the consequences of what you say/do.

Alcohol's a poor excuse in every case. If he can't say it to you when he's sober, then what use is him telling you anything?

Well we were talking for a while before then just recently ended it so I know he still has feelings for me, I just didn't know if maybe he acted/said things to me because he missed me and didn't wanna say it sober or what he was actually thinking. even this morning he was acting like he likes me so I don't know I wanna believe the way he was acting wasn't because of the alcohol. does that seem legit though or should I protect myself from getting hurt while I can?

They say stuff they wouldn't say because alcohol is liquid curage...I say stuff all the time I don't mean

Have you ever heard the saying drunkin words are sober thoughts? I strongly believe in that.
