My girlfriend judges me to much and gets annoyed at a lot of things I do. why does she have those feelings and why does she judge me so much?

Sounds like she is a controlling possessive narcissist. the only thing you can do is make her realize that you are not tolerating this and put it in an objective context she can relate to.

Like she gets bothered on how i eat, why im not romantic enough, why i say stupid jokes when others laugh she thinks im dumb. its almost like she doesn't like my personality tries to compare me with other guys. i feel like you should just love your partner for how they are.

Or maybe she feels like she makes an effort for you and you should make one for her. Let me tell you a lesson that you should learn now, no relationship is easy. If it comes to a few superficial things she would like you to do (and eating loudly annoys me with my bf!) then I say do them... If she doesn't get your sense of humour though then that isn't good... that sounds a bit much for my liking but a few other things which are effort (not changing who you are) or improving manners then I think that is ok.
