So my friend sent me a picture on kik and i wanted to save it but i don't want her to know. So if i save it does it tell her that i saved it?

No, it does not say when a picture is saved. As far as I know, snapchat is the only thing where it has that feature where it shows saved pictures. Kik is just like regular texting. It wouldn't tell her.
