How do you add pictures to the updated?

Someone showed me once a while back but I forgot. Which is terrible. Bc it was quite useful tool. Thank you to whomever it was…Sorry, I forgot that too. Life’s hectic. 👀🫠

The only way I know how to do it is to find a link to the image on a site not from your pictures but on the internet and copy and paste the link and then it shows up once you refresh it
