If you mean OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder): I have been suffering from it for almost 6 years, in my experience, the more you try to get rid of it, the worse it becomes. If you want to treat it then don't try to stop the thoughts, that would never happen, instead try to deal with them by changing your attitudes that you do accordingly to these thoughts. This video explains it all
It gets better with time though, you are 17 now, when I was 17, my OCD reached its peak. But now I'm 20 and it doesn't affect me whatsoever, how did that change? Just with time, you get used to it, and it may become a normal part of your life. I know how hard it is to suffer from OCD, but it just requires some patience. I wish you good luck.
