At what age did you have your first BF/GF?

I'm 20 and never had a boyfriend, I'm not in a hurry to be with someone but I'm just wondering what's the normal average age to have your first boyfriend?

I was fresh out of my sophomore year ready to become a junior when I had my first love! I was off for the summer and I had my first girlfriend at age 16! She is so hot! She and I aren't together anymore, but when we met, it was love at first sight. We met at a summer camp called Camp Barnabas in 2012! We then saw each other at the same camp in 2013 a year later! We just spent every moment we could together during the evening activities! We made each moment count and we just loved spending our time together. I was 16 when I had my first girlfriend.

I would say I've never had a boyfriend because I've never been into anything serious.

But the first time I ever call a dude my "bf" was at 11. I broke up with him a week later because I was afraid of my parents finding out XD

I had something a bit more serious at 12, kissing and some rubbing were included lol

but meeeh, I can say that at 17 I've never had a real boyfriend.

Though i kinda wish I'd waited a little longer. Certainly doesn't hit my expectations of a relationship, but then, it doesn't hit anyones expectation of a relationship. It's like we're just friends with a label. Don't know about him, but I'm just not feeling it.

17, I thought I was going to die alone before that happened. There's no normal age to have your first boyfriend, you just have to wait for someone that's right for you at that moment and things will just flow.

age doesn't matter, for some people dating in teens is a normal cultural thing. ur still young, first dating in 20s is normal too

I guess you could say i had my first "GF" at age 14. However, i don't consider that a real relationship, as we only dated for 3 months total, and we met on the internet, talked on the phone and over the internet, and never even met IRL. Plus i had a depression/fake suicidal phase at that age, which along with my "GF" was just a huge, drawn out cry for attention.

So I'd rather just say that i haven't had a girlfriend. It was a very regretful time of my life, and its humiliating looking back on it.

I didn't get into my first dating experience until last September. I never actively tried to get someone and my ex gave me a weird experience. I feel like nothing has changed and I feel I've never had a girlfriend even though I did.
