I dont care about girls anymore. Is this normal?

Currently I'm a college freshman and as the college year is ending, I've been focusing a lot on myself. In the beginning of the year college girls we're something awesome to me. I'd wanted to talk to all of them. Now I just look at them and don't really feel a thing. It's not that I'm shy. I just feel that they're kind of a waste of time, and tbh I find most a bit boring. I can't tell whats going on. Am I maturing, or isolating myself. I don't know.

Maturing? Quite likely. I find as I get older I've lost more and more interest in women as I began to pursue more beneficial activities for myself (taking care of family, or school). After several failed relationships, I'd found that I'd made the mistake of putting too much focus on the wrong things in my life and those changes made me more like what you're describing. I'd come to find many boring, and had been a waste of my time.

You should be focusing on your education first (because that WILL stick with you throughout your life). If you find you have spare time that you can invest in a relationship, then why not give it a shot - just don't let it overtake your priorities.

If a woman can't respect your priorities, then perhaps she is a waste of time.
If a woman can't compliment your walk through life, and be a positive part of it, then maybe she is boring.

But you can't entirely judge people without at least putting in an effort to get to know them. If her priorities aren't very similar to yours, then you're probably not going to get along very well (or for very long). But how do you know a persons priorities without at least spending some time with them? If you're judging everyone from a far, then I'd say you're isolating yourself.

Not long after I turned 30 I concluded that women, as a collective, failed the cost/risk/benefit analysis. I walked away and I am still walking.

Now I am in a relationship. i think it is gd that you are giving yourself some alone time in your early 20's, it is vital that you know who you are before engaging in a relationship. In college, I was extremely horny, but had to great a sense of modesty to push it. I always played by a set of rules regarding friendships and dating, but learned most college girls thought about it one of two ways: they either hated you at first sight, or they wanted a one night stand. They left no room for anyone like me to live in any sort of comfortable middle ground. If you had any morals at all, they would either destroy them, or try to destroy you.

Nowadays, fear and bitterness make me suspicious of most women. And my sex drive vanished somewhere. Even sexy ideas that once drove me wild, I am mostly numb today.
