What does it mean if someone says I love everything about you?

How about : I love what we have. I love every single thing.
Does it mean that this person might love you too?

It doesn't necessarily mean they are " in" love with you. I can love everything about someone but that doesn't always mean I think they'd be a great potential partner.

I get that. The thing is we are seeing each other and for a while now he's been saying stuff like that often.
I do love him and want to tell him but instead I use his line and say the same thing to him.
I don't know what to do

Take the chance and tell him. I think life is too short not to tell people that you love them. You never know if it is the last chance you'll have to tell them.

I would rather regret telling someone i loved them and find out they didn't feel the same way, than live with the regret of never telling them. Maybe you are both waiting for each other to say " I love you" but are both a little fearful of how the other one will respond.
