I have been dating this guy for 6 months and he told me he loved everything about me and cared for me so much. What does that mean? Does this mean he loves me? Why won’t he say I love you if that’s the case?

And it is normal in the first year (s) to love everything about the one you are in love with. The negative sides you name all positively!
