Cuddling after one night stand, is it normal?

So, i met up with this guy I have been talking to and we arranged to have a one night stand and he took me out for drinks and we talked for at least 3 hours and then he invited me to his place and we had sex twice and then he started gently touching me, running his fingers along my body and being very intimate and affectionate and then he said he will have to go to sleep because he has work in the morning and then we fell asleep and he cuddled me, kissed me and held my hands and we fell asleep. Even the sex was very nice and he was very giving and really made me enjoyed it, but i was more surprised of how genuinely nice he was afterwards and how affectionate. I have never fell asleep cuddling, kissing and holding hands with a one night stand guy... then in the morning he waited half an hour for me to get ready while i was doing my make-up, he sat down patiently waiting and then he said we will go to have breakfast and we went to star back fro breakfast and then he went to work. Does that mean he likes me more than just a one night stand? He messaged me that he wanted to meet me more, but just mentioned sex... he didn't ask me out on a date :/ So I am confused
