Does hyper pigmentation and butt acne scars turn off guys/girls out?

hey, well i have a crush on a guy and also a girl actually since i am bi/pan. but i have high hyper pigmentation which isn't a big problem on my face but my armpits is a whole other story i also have a bit in between my breasts. my armpits are a very dark gray which really embarrasses me which leads me to wear only sleeved clothing because I'm scared someone is going to think i don't wash myself good or something like when in reality its just because of low iron and insulin and hyper pigmentation. but i also have a lot of acne scars on my butt. like over 20 brown- medium sized spots which somehow developed in like 4 months all of a sudden for no known reason but that actually scares me too because of my armpits and butt, i'm deeply insecure of telling any crush i may have ever- about my feelings towards them because if they want to continue something intimate, one day they might want to have sex or any of those sorts or even just nudes sent to them. and i'm only 17- 18 in a few months so it scares me even more that people will find it gross because i can't help it plus i fear it'll get worse the older i get.

I've had the same oroblem with my skin i have bad egzema and it looked like dirt where i didn't wash my body so i would always wear a coat no matter how hot it was cause it was all over my arms then i finally got rid of it and i can wear what i want now but surprisingly noone carred that it was there

how were you able to get rid of it? because i have hope that no one will mind my hyper pigmentation but it'll still be lovely to actually be able to wear tank tops and sleeveless dresses in warm weather without having to worry every second it anyone got a glimpse of my dark armpits

I went to the dermotologist and got a perscription it still lasted a year trying to get rid of it cause there was so much but if u keep at it it will go away

well, i started getting pimples on my butt, could be because i had started to wash my hair after my body so my pores were open and shit so every time i'll shower, i simply started to get acne on my butt, same as the one that people get on their face. at first it was like two but then it started to spread and i think it stopped spreading now but i'm now left with the acne scars which are basically the same ones that you can get on your face but bigger because they're on my butt.

You should probably go to the doctor about that. Because that probably might be more then acne. Is it itchy or something

It's not that weird, i saw lots of people with butt acne 😂 I guess they have it because it's skin, i mean, every part of your body could have spots or whatever because it's all skin

I never had it, barely any on my face. Like I said if you see a doctor they know how to get rid of it. If your want me to be brutally honest people will still have sex with you even if you had butt acne but they won't want to look at it. Because I lot of guys wants sex so they would care.
