No. You can start dating any guy you want. But don't give him any sexual favors. The longer you stay with him , you will be able to judge him well. But make your body your temple and protect it at all costs. Even if he breaks up with you and does not hurt or take advantage of your body , it will be a good learning experience in the art of dating.

Yes of course it's fine. How serious it is will change depending on the situation, and there are no clear cut definitions or rules on the subject. If you like someone, go for it, but never in your life should you waste time waiting for someone to come along. Chase some you want, rather than wanting someone to chase

No, it's good all depend on how you feel it. i was 10 when a guys asked me out the first time and I know many people who dated when they were 11 - 12/ So you're fine.
