What would you do if your boyfriend wanted to start wearing makeup?

A little back story, a while back my girlfriend did my makeup as a joke. Well i ended up really liking it. I think i would like to start wearing it normally. What would you do if your boyfriend started to wear makeup?

What kind of makeup are we talking about, here? I've always thought kohl eyes Jack Sparrow-style looked kind of cool, but blue eye shadow and lipstick are another matter entirely.

I have had dark circles under my eyes ever since I was a child. As a matter of fact, when I was in third grade some older kids asked me if I was on drugs. So, I have considered wearing a bit of concealer, only under my eyes and nowhere else, but never did it.

What exactly do you mean? Something like a guyliner/foundation to make your skin look better, is borderline acceptable everything else will make... let's say problems

To be completely honest it would creep me out. There are ways you can improve your skin without wearing makeup. Chemical peels, photo facial laser treatments, etc. I would break up with my boyfriend if he started wearing make up because I would think he is confused about his sexuality... some girls may not mind if they are dating a guy who is bi and he is honest with them about it.

Honestly, it would be a huge turn off to me. It's probably something that would honestly make me question the relationship and consider ending it. That's how much it bothers me. That being said, not all women would be turned off by it. I'm sure there are plenty who wouldn't mind and would support it. The only opinion that really matters here is your girlfriends.

How much makeup are we talking about? Anyone could use some foundation, eyebrow pencil, or light mascara. If you're talking about lipstick, contouring, eyeshadow and heavy blush, I would be confused. I would still support him, but explaination is important.

Ohhh-if it's a natural look, then no biggie. I like boys that look pretty and actually put effort into their look, but it might take practice. If she's putting makeup on you as a joke, then there might be a chance that she likes it, too.

Ehh, a little foundation or concealer and maaaybe eyeliner would be no problem. More than that is a little odd. We've put make up on him before and it was fun but it wasn't really attractive, just something to have a bit of a laugh with. I don't even wear make up myself so yeah, it's a little unappealing of someone else does, at least, if it's unnatural looking.

My boyfriend wears foundation to cover his acne scarring, but anything flamboyant like lipstick, contour or eyeshadow would feel weird to me. I think enhancing his features, like doing his brows or concealer/foundation etc. are fine, though.

I associate makeup with woman. Men wearing it would too feminine to me and I don't think I would be attracted to him anymore. It's sad, but I could drive me apart from my partner if he would like to wear makeup. But I don't mind if other man do it.

I wouldn't be able to do that. I'm very much attracted to masculinity, and eye shadow and lipstick ain't masculine. Now, that doesn't mean it isn't OKAY for a man to wear makeup, 100% do what you want, but I don't think it's attractive for a partner.

A little concealer or something would be fine with me. More than that, and I'd find it unattractive. Most makeup looks feminine and I'm not attracted to females or feminine people.

Well since I'm answering honestly. I think some makeup to conceal scars or sleepiness or whatever is fine. Some makeup however is essentially used with the intent to make a woman look more feminine, like (eye shadow, mascara, lipstick). It depends. If he ends up using those products and looks like a girl, I wouldn't be able to stick with the relationship romantically. Might sound harsh but the reality is I want to be dating a guy and not one of my girlfriends.
