There is this guy in my class in college who I caught staring at me quite a lot. He is more quiet and is tense around me. He seems to have a lot of friends though, and a lot of them are girls. I tried talking to him online but he wasn't very enthusiastic and ignored my last message. What do you think is the matter and how can I fix his and get more closer to him?
