I fell in love with my friends little sister, help?

I (22) have become really good friends with my colleague (22) before I knew his little sister (20). I started talking to her a lot through chat when she also started working the same job as me and her brother. We really clicked.

We went to have dinner with the two of us for a few times as friends (i didn't want it to be a date, because it is the little sister of my friend). Texting can go on till we fall asleep and it has a lot of teasing in it. And we always say goodmorning and goodnight to eachother.

I am pretty sure she likes me too. She is always smiling and likes my company.

Today I went to play some pooling with my friend and his girlfriend. Also his little came. She was so beautifull. I have never seen her like that. and i am pretty sure she had thought about what she was going to wear.

I wanted to tell her she looked gorgeous, but I didn't. Because her brother/my friend was next to me. This moment made me realize I fell in love with her, but I am scared of losing my friendship with her brother. I don't know if he would like it if I hit on his little sister. And i am also scared that he will forbid her seeing me after I tell him.

How do I need to deal with this?

If you're friends then you're good. You might even be bad but I'm sure there are far worse options out there and if he's keeping you around as a friend then I'm sure that he'd like it way more if it were you and not some total stranger with his sister. I guess that you should approach the brother first with these arguments since you are close friends, if you really want to keep him and all and then approach his sister since at this point I don't think that anyone would find it strange (I'm sure everyone realises this already; love kinda radiates around).

But! Even if you don't get your friend's support you should go for it anyway. They might be brother and sister but they aren't siamese twins! They have their lives and right to chose their own path. Don't compromise her happiness for her brother's approval, just as a general principle when to the whole string up drama thing.

Pal, this is the moment to get your balls together and first get it straight with his sister to be 100% sure. if it is 100% sure, ask her on a date. Then tell her brother you're going on a date with his sister and if he's cool with it. make sure to keep your pants up for a few dates, as if you get them down after the first date her brother might get upset about it, id at least. Thats my take on it

Tell him. If he's your friend be up front and honest with him. Tell him you really like his sister and would like his permission to ask her out.
If he freaks out about it, tell him you're sorry and drop the subject. Tell him you won't ask her out and his friendship means too much to you to risk it.

If she is an adult and she likes you then go for it. Her brother doesn't her nor you. He'll get over it, plus if your a good guy he might even be glad a guy like you is dating his sister. He is your friend for a reason, he must think of you as a good person. Basically, go for it.
