What does "no relationship info to show " mean?

usually i have noticed that when two people are dating they either post the person there dating or if they dont want to show who their dating for reasons unown they will put down in a relationship.
but what does no relationship info to show mean?
here's what i think it could mean
1. they like someone but they that fb could complicated that blossoming relationship
2. the person is single and didn't feel like changing thier status
