Help! He hasn't texted me in 3 days what should I do?

We usually text everyday but he has been texting less and hasn't responded to my text I sent 3 days ago. I saw him 2 days ago because we work together. When we are together he seems very interested and cares about me tho. I want to text him back and ask him why he won't text me back without sounding like a bitch and clingy. I don't want him to think I am not interested in him if I don't text him. What should I text him? Or should I keep waiting for a text?

First of all. Relax. Take a deep breathe. There's no need to panic. If he's still acting the same as usual at work, you're worrying over nothing. Men aren't that great at communicating, and he may have been busy when you texted and simply forgot to reply. I wouldn't go texting him again, or nagging him about not texting you back. Just relax, stay focused on yourself and keep yourself busy. He will text you when he wants to talk to you. He most likely doesn't even realize you haven't talked for a couple days. (Especially this time of year) If you start nagging him now, you're going to create an issue that doesn't exist in his mind, and he's going to think you're needy. Once you start complaining, it gets easier and easier to nit pick about every little thing, which will only drive him away. So just chill, and let things happen naturally.

I'm going through the same thing with my date. Very caring when we're together. Almost never texts me first though, so I send him a text a day if he doesn't respond, if it goes more then 2 or 3 days with no response I call him.

It hasn't yet but if it goes over a week I swear I'll head up to his work and stake him out.

From his POV it hasn’t been long. Yes, you will seem needy if you always text him first.

Could be he’s not as interested in you as he acts in person OR he really hates texting.

That's the most pointless advice ever. The reason you block someone is because you DON'T want to see messages from them. There's no point in blocking someone because they're not sending you anything.
