He hasn't texted for 3 days. Should I text him?

I've been dating this guy for almost 2 months.(more like exclusive dating each other) It was all going well, he even invited me to travel together in another country. After that, we met again at his place. He acted normal yet just really tired after the trip.

And then I texted him after, he said he's stressed because of work and other things. I said it would probably be better if we can just talk and do something relaxing together, and then he said he will let me know when he's free soon.

Now it's been 3 days, yet he hasn't contacted me yet. Yet he still viewed my Instagram stories and even liked my story. That's why I am confused, if he has time to view my stories, why hasn't he texted me for so long and not even just ask how are you or whatever...

And I do want to have a conversation with him in person, to tell him that I don't like this 'exclusive dating' idea, because for me it's kinda like a grey area. I want to either move on and just be friends or be in a serious relationship.

Now my question is I am not sure if I should text him to ask when he's free to meet up, or I should keep waiting until he texts me... And I'm even not sure if this means it's a bad sign that he's no longer interested in me or he might be busy dealing with his own things...

Was there any conflict or disagreement that arose when you traveled together?

Yes, we had a little fight. However, the last time we met, we talked about it. He said it was all good and he enjoyed the trip. And we did apologize to each other, it felt much better after that.
I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the trip... but I guess if he's not okay with it, he will tell me instead of lie to me?

Time will tell. If your primary means of conversation was talking on the phone instead of texting, it is less likely that this would be a problem.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, time will tell... but he doesn't like to really talk on the phone, at least that's what I know. And before this, he often asked me out to his place or for dinner... We never really stop talking to each other for more than 3 days...
It's been almost 1 week since I saw him the last time... normally he would say something like he misses me after I just left his place, so this makes me feel it's not normal. May I know what your opinion is as a guy? Does this mean he's not interested?

I would be strongly suspicious of two possibilities:

a. something happened on the trip that bothered him, even though he said everything is okay; or
b. he has developed an interest in another girl.

I think you will be ghosted whatever the reason is.

How long did you travel together and how far away from home?

To be honest, that's why I don't like this idea of 'exclusive dating', or I am not even sure if we are actually exclusively dating each other. We met on a dating app and I know he's still on a dating app (well me too, but he said he's fine if I meet other guys, that would make him more confident)
And he said he won't proactively try to meet or talk to someone on a dating app.

So our relationship was kinda complicated, because we both want something more serious, and we did give our priority to each other, but we're not official yet, and I'm not sure if I have the right to ask why he hasn't contacted me for days...

I think he will reply to me if I contact him, so it's not like ghosting. I'm just not sure if I should do it. He did say he's taking time for himself and his friend who was coming to visit him, but it's still weird that he hasn't texted anything for 3 days.

So he was on a business trip, we were traveling together for around 3 days. We travelled from the Netherlands to Germany, so it was actually not that far.

I would probably give him another 2-3 days and then reach out with a simple "haven't heard from you in awhile and hope everything is okay."
