He hasn't replied in 3 days. Should I text him?

We're basically friends and we text daily but not 24/7. The last thing he asked me to show him sth, and I replied to him, but he hasn't opened the text or any of his social media in 3 days. He said the previous week, when he replied a day late on a text, that the heatwave was affecting the network (he lives in a diff country) But last time I checked there is no longer a heatwave where he lives.
I'm not gonna text him because I have nth to say, but my brother's wedding is in two days and he told me to send pic of my dress. So should I send him pics of the dress when it's done then? I already send him many pics when I went dress shopping and he was so open on saying his opinion.

Sorry but I do not think this is good. It seems like other things, whether job or companionship in person, are now priority. I would hold tight and see what happens. The more you force yourself on him (text) the more likely he will ignore you.
