Should I double/triple text a girl who hasn't replied in 3 days?

Day 0: spend time with the girl, say good bye but she doesn't read the message yet (might be tired)
Day 1: Girl posts stuff online and reads the message, but doesn't respond because it's no longer relevant (I can understand).
Day 2: Send a meme/video to the girl. Girl doesn't read the message but posts something later in the day.
Day 3: Should another message be sent to the girl (to check up on her)? Or should she be left alone because anyway the ball is in her court?

What if it's a girl who usually seems to care about you (and your well-being) and who has been inviting you to hang out a lot of times lately?

it takes less than two mins to reply back to a text message. If she has time to post stuff online then she has at least 30 secs to reply back to a message. The more you string message her the more she will put you under the category as one of the side pieces. if she took you seriously she would have given you a reply a lot quicker rather than leave you on read. It's time to move on buddy I know it's a tough pill to swallow but sometimes you need someone to tell you the raw truth. So stop messaging her, if she replies back then great but if she does not then you should leave it and move on.

Yeah well we're talking on a website that doesn't really send push notifications (I mean, not unless you turn them on in the settings). So it's normal that it takes her more time to respond. But at the same time, I know that she's been online lately (she posted something like 2 days ago) so..
