I asked my female colleague to hang out and she hasn't responded for 3 days, should I text her again?

I have known her for quite some time and we have gone out a few times for dinner and a walk (just us). Just the last time we gone out, I sneaked a little toy into her bag thinking it would surprise her when she got home, but in the end she told me that she couldn't find it (maybe it was lost somehow). She also told me I should ask her for days she doesn't have to work so that she is not so tired.

So I asked her to hang out at a new restaurant with something to play and asked when she is free. She hasn't responded and it has been 3 days. In the past she ALWAYS respond to my text. Should I send her another text? if so what should I say.

To be honest, I wouldn't send another because it might seem needy or desperate.

I have a really strong crush on a girl who seems to really like me in person. I feel like I can sense there is something between us. But she is a terrible texter. She only texts if there are plans to do something as part of a group, takes days to reply and in my current situation, hasn't replied or even looked at my text in 4 days. But I know her phone is linked to her watch, so maybe she has read the text? I don't even know. Argh!

I made her feel uncomfortable the last time we went out so I sent her one text sincerely saying that i would appreciate it if she could tell me what is happening and if it was because i made her uncomfortable and i enjoy going out with her. She didn't respond. Guess She doesn't even want to be friends with me now 😂.

Ask her in person don't text. There's a good chance you made something awkward for her which is why she's not responding. Or, possibly, she didn't get your message.

Yes, she did say that I made her feel uncomfortable last time because I ask her about a period of time in the past, where she acted like I was invisible and outright ignored me all of a sudden, it lasted for a few weeks until I opened her up to talk again. She denied such behaviour. She avoided me in another time when a common friend commented that she likes me. I asked her why and she said it didn't happen and she doesn't like me. I don't understand lol
