If you want tell a girl you can. You will never know you might meet a lady that's a vigin as well and just wants to wait. Or you can keep it silent unless she ask but still keep in mind that it's best to let her know just in case things get serious.
I tell guys right that I'm a virgin and that I want to wait only because I don't want to waste their time on me thinking they might have sex with me after 3 dates or something.
Being honest about it is always a good thing if she turns you down because of it, keep moving on because every woman isn't the same.

I'm shy I always end up being the brother she never had or a guy bff. At times I let my feelings be known but I always get a look like poor thing your a nice guy and all sweetest I know you'll find some one but not me. This is even if she's single.
