My partner is her own person. She has a job, and a life. No one person should be "serving" the other in a healthy relationship like this dude thinks. Yeah, she typically does more cooking, but that's because she's good at it. Sex is a two way road, to think sex is all about just pleasing the man is selfish, and extremely archaic.

This also ignores the emotional aspect of a relationship. I want a partner I can talk to. Someone I can be myself with. Someone who provides emotional support. To try and say all she needs to be is a chef and prostitute to please me is some medieval shit right there lmfao

Unceremonious phrasing, but the gist is accurate in the same way that a man's job is to pay for shit. Which is to say that it's more true for previous generations than it is for today, since after women were allowed to enter the workforce en masse the cost of living has adjusted to require two working adults for a household instead of a single working adult and one adult to keep the home running.

The household was supported by a single income before then. When two people per household were working they started bringing much more money, the cost of products increased to compensate for that. Relative cost of products remained the same as what they used to be, one household could afford maintaining itself, but where before that was achieved by one person it is now achieved by two.
