Opinions on this guy?

So this guy at my job.. we work in different departments but lately I’ve been noticing little things he does when I’m around. I think he’s cute and everything but I’m a little cautious since it’s work and I’m not sure if he’s just like this in general or being nice? Every time I see him, he’ll always be like hey Jenny how was your night last night? Or if I tell him I’m going for a run after work he’ll ask me how my run was. He’ll give me an eyebrow raise when I see him. He’ll smile at me and wave hi. Once he asked me which location I was gonna be working at because I’ve been bouncing between locations lately and I haven’t been permanently put anywhere yet. I just wanted to know anyone’s opinion on this. Thanks. :)

Yo, that's super frustrating that this guy never gives you a straight answer when you ask to see him. The way he's always just saying "I've got time" or "you can see me whenever" is such a cop-out. It's like he's avoiding committing to actually making plans with you.

I can see why you feel like you're the one doing all the work here. He should be stepping up and suggesting specific times and days when he's free to hang out. The fact that he's not doing that is kind of shady.

It makes me wonder if he's maybe just not that into you, you know? Like, he might be enjoying the attention and flirting, but doesn't actually want to put in the effort for a real relationship. That's not fair to you at all.

My advice would be to call him out on it the next time he gives you one of those vague answers. Don't just let him slide by - press him for a real plan. If he still can't give you a straight answer, then you might have to start questioning if this is worth your time.

You deserve someone who's going to be upfront and make an effort to see you. Don't settle for this wishy-washy nonsense. Be direct and let him know you need more than just empty promises. If he can't step up, then it might be time to move on, girl.
