He doesn't text me to come over or in a sexual matter. Its more like 'how are you doing'. Does this mean he just thinking of me? Or what? Should I answer? I usually wait later in the next day to reply. He usually texts back. But why would he first text me so late?

My response to you would be, ask him where he stands, sounds like he's interested. That's how our relationship started. My man, then friend said he didn't have the time to give me because of his job responsibilities, so for several months, almost six I figured I've already spilled the beans and let him know I was interested, I would text him every morning with a Good Morning, and shared with him some of what I was doing during the day, via text. Oh we also did our share of talking and an occasional meeting in public, never anything private, until one day I asked if he wanted to come over and watch the FB game. Since then, our circumstances have changed. We are now seeing exclusively.

IMHO you might consider asking why he texts you when he does. Your question could result in several postulations, all different. No one could provide a better answer than the man himself.
