Why does he only text me at night?

He only texts me at night… and not sexual texting, it’s usually to carry on a conversation (usually between 10-11 PM) and the guys takes DAYS to reply.

Well, why not? There’s probably no standards in place, no expectations or intentions clarified, you’re just there to pick the conversation right back up when he gets around to you even if days have passed. A guy who isn’t doing more than wasting your time will definitely text you at night once they’ve cleared their top priorities, then they settle down at home, bored, and reach out.

Sorry, I really don't understand this type of mentality. I'm not one for carrying on a conversation by text. If it were me, I would likely ask to call after the fourth or fifth text.
