Is someone who hates animals a dealbreaker?

I love animals but I know there are those who don’t.

Hate is a big word.

If hate means, treating animals poorly out of nowhere. Of course.

But hate in terms of disliking animals, being uncomfortable around them or even having allergies and they can't stand animals because of that and such grounds, no it's not. Everyone have their preference.

I don't know, maybe. If they were abusive or mean to animals it would definitely be a deal breaker, but if they just didn't care for animals I might be able to deal with it.

Hating animals is a dealbreaker. How could someone hate such cute creatures? It's good if someone isn't a fan of animals, but hating is a completely different thing.

Lol not a deal breaker for me at all, would prefer it if they didn't have a pet. I, myself, don't like animals anyway. I don't hate animals, wouldn't abuse animals, but I only think a few certain animals are cute. Also a big thing, I have a fear of like every animal, it's better now where I can stand being close to like a dog or petting it a little. Birds are the most terrifying, I find them kinda gross too.

Yeah, if they hate them all in general that’s a problem. Not liking them is one thing, but hating them is another. And hating a specific animal, like say, their neighbor’s dog because it attacked them when they were younger, is understandable, but hating all dogs is not.

Hates? Yah!  It’s understandable to not want to have pets but it’s a whole other thing to have HATE for animals.  There is something wrong with a persons brain at that point.. creepy people.

Having animals, it absolutely is a deal breaker. Besides, having dated a few in the past who did not care for pets, they were also all by far the coldest women I ever dated. Which adds to it being a deal breaker.

Hates? Or "doesn't want house pets?" I'm the second type. Also domestic cats are an invasive species and should be kept indoors or belled so they can't attack songbirds.
