Look I am in my thirties and I exercise run jog all of that. When Need to pick a box up I can bend all the way down or scot then get up without any problem. If their is no one around or I think I can pick up a box its not to heavy I will pick it up with out asking for help. And he see all of this maybe I answered my own question. Sounds like a rant to me. It's probably just how he talks and shows his affection. No big. My boyfriend calls me "young lady" sometimes and I'm older than him. Doesn't bother me. I think it's cute. I don't think he's insulting you which is what I think you may have interpreted it as.
He's kist complimenting you, nothing more. Four years isn't important at your age.
There's nothing to worry about in this. He just is making you feel good.and it seems he is succeeding!
