We've only exchanged numbers so far but she wants to go out for a date. Should I?
I'm 35, she's 20. Does that matter?

What's important with an age gap like that is that you both not only have similar interests (often they are very different), but also that you have the same future goals and desires... if you're looking for something lasting and serious? But she's an adult, and if you both get along well, I see no problem with it.
Not saying there is anything wrong with age differences but when you start getting into big age gaps you have to ask some questions such as the premise of the relationship, the possible repercussions, and the viability. 20 is a young volatile age and may not match where you are at your age.
The age gap is fine, just take into consideration that even if it goes well, she will probably not consider you husband material.

You're both adults, so its's OK. Focus on compatibility.
If she was any younger than that It would be a bad idea, but by 20 she should be making her own decisions, so even if it's a mistake it's up to her.
I must have missed something-- does WHAT matter. There's nothing here that matters.
