+1 yOh honey.. it happens sometimes though
Well the best way to deal with such blackmailers is to go hard with them... just block him otherwise from all your social media or cell as well but before doing that just tell him that he needs to delete that picture immediately and if you ever heard it from anyone that he showed your pic to them or talked about it then you are going to report him to the cops coz he can't demand and threat you like that... just tell him that you have done your homework on this and it will be a bad day for him if you found out he discussed or showed it to anyone
And darling next time you send a nude/semi nude picture of you to anyone just double check before tapping send that who it is being sent to02 Reply
Asker+1 yI’m just scared... could I pm you?
- +1 y
Be brave darling
And yea sure you can

+1 yTell you boyfriend what happened and give your boyfriend this guy's phone number. I bet THAT ends this creep's harassing you. And block him off your phone and any other social media you have him on. You've learned a harsh lesson. Don't send ANY nudes where your face is visible. He might try to publish the photo. You can report him to the police for sexual harassment. Tell him that too. People have these accidents. But he's trying to take advantage. Stop him in his tracks.

Asker+1 yPeople like harassing me and threatening me for no reason, I don’t even know why bc I’ve never done anything wrong to them. Two people have harassed and threatened me now and I thought they were my friends
- +1 y
Clearly, they were NOT your friends. It may not be YOU. These people may be harassing everyone they meet because they're awful people. Don't feel it's just you. It probably is not. Just cut them off.
Asker+1 yI will, Thankyou
+1 yDon't send more. This is called extortion. Get the police involved because that's illegal. 😱😱😱

+1 yNever send nudes, period. Now that you have... on the one hand, if you have a text from the guy who said send more of else, save that as evidence not only against him for extortion but also to exonerate you. Why? Unless you have evidence happily accepted the nude, he can flip this around and claim sexual harassment against you. The odds of that sticking diminishes as time does by, but in most locales in the United States he has a year.
If you do not have solid evidence, just ignore him and do not respond at all. If he forwards it, then he is breaking the law in at least 45 states and DC. You will have to check which states are not included.01 Reply
Asker+1 yI’m kinda glad I don’t live in the USA. He’s already harassed me before by kissing me multiple times when I didn’t want to but I decided not to take charges against him.

u +1 y1. You should tell him that you intend to report his threat to the local prosecutor unless he immediately deletes the photo and never mentions it again. His threat is called "extortion" and it is a felony.
2. This is one of several reasons why sending nude pictures is a horrible idea.33 Reply
Asker+1 yIt’s been awhile ago should I still text him? But don’t I threaten him with the police then?
- +1 y
Don't get in contact with this guy. He threatened you. There's something wrong with him. Keep him blocked and maintain radio silence... You told him it was an accident. You apologized for sending it. His response was to try to blackmail you into sending more nudes. He's a creep. Don't interact with him!
Asker+1 yI won’t, I blocked him! I hate men like him trying to take advantage of the situation, like how can you think doing something like that is okay?

6.4K opinions shared on Relationships topic. No don't send any more. I am not a lawyer, but there may be laws against making such threats or publishing the pictures without your consent. You might mention that to him -- "You know that extortion is a federal crime, and so is publishing those pictures without my consent?"

+1 yDo what I do tell them good luck I have profile pages on xhams and por*hub and almost all my friends saw it you were late lol

Asker+1 yOmg I almost got a heart attack, I thought you said it was on xhams and por*hub. Also what is xhams? Does it include ham?
- +1 y
i figured it wouldn't let me put in xhamster and the other, actually I believe there are links in my profile. lol
Asker+1 yBut what is xhamster? With hamsters 🐹?
- +1 y
porn site dear, actually I started those because of people that on occasion would try to "blackmail" me and in turn one picture that they tried to use became quite useless when there are literally hundreds of them on the site of myself.
While this is not an ideal situation at all, it was more of an illustration to this point, tell him to go right ahead. You can do one of two things there, if you tell him also adding that everyone already knows, either A. Make sure everyone knows, or B, Bluff like hell. but in short the best way to defeat any terrorist or bully is take the steam out of their sales and lay them out flat, if they think they are no longer a threat they run to the next victim
Asker+1 yHe can honestly go fuck himself, he shouldn’t try me honestly. But I’m glad none of my nudes are on the internet
- +1 y
Why would you be surprised that this is a common practice, the saddest truth there is that while I have done it for years, there are celebrities that have very recently done exactly that on a much more broad scope. One decided to go topless on snapchat in order to beat the blackmailer. While it is not a pretty tactic, for some it is not nearly the deal that others would make it, I am quite sure that most of my family has seen me naked as a child, the only difference now is the wrinkles
Asker+1 yHahah true though and I saw about that, it was bella Thorne right?
- +1 y
yes maam you are correct, time and history really do repeat lol
Asker+1 yYess hehe

Glad he was understanding, and you might want to delete that contact sense they acted that way.

i hope not-this is the exact kinda crap people lose their rep for-something sexual is NOTHING to play with.
- +1 y
even IF it went to your boyfriend-it might've hammered. there are many hakers out there-and many ways to hack.
Asker+1 yI know that and it’s true but it sucks when you trust someone even when it was on accident and then they backstab you

My caveat is, only send nudes with your head not visible and any identifying marks (tattoos) not visible. If there is no way someone can prove it's you, then sending a nude is OK. But you could also send one to your dad or mom by accident. Could make you look stupid. Copy the picture to photo stock, addess an envelope, mail it to your person. There can be no accidental BLIP that sends it to the wrong person. Snail mail requires thought and effort, unlike that send button on the attachment in your phone...
Umm no definitely not
